Art is limitless because it is a language in which everybody can try to interpret and understand in one's own words. My work encourages that people voice their own opinions about what they see and sometimes touch in my pieces. Most often themes about the microbiological and organic world surface which appear in drawings and paintings. However, my most recent body of work evolves around mixed media that encourages and promotes a tactile quality. Art is a challenge for the viewer to try and interpret the world of the artist that they are viewing. However, what is more rewarding is the challenge that an artist must face when they take the criticism from the viewer and try to manipulate it for the better.
